Richie Shaw

The Lead Pastor and founder of REALLIFE in Spokane, Richie Shaw is passionate about reaching the world for Jesus one person at a time, multiplying disciples and churches in real relationship.  His personal callings are to disciple men and develop pastors.  Richie, his wife Kate and their two daughters, Faith and Ruby, moved to Spokane together to launch REALLIFE in 2010.  Over the last eight years, the church has baptized approximately 1400 people and has grown from a few small groups to two locations – Northside and South Hill – with a weekly attendance of around 1000 and 1500-1600 participating.  REALLIFE is a mentor church within the Relational Discipleship Network founded by Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, and Richie leads its nationwide church planters group.  In addition to planting REALLIFE South Hill in 2018, REALLIFE recently established the One Heart Center in the East Central area as a base from which churches and partner organizations can love and serve the people of Spokane. Richie holds an undergraduate degree in Biblical Literature from Northwest University and is a passionate learner.  Richie and Kate live in the Spokane area and love their city.

Wayne Williams

As an entrepreneur, developer, and strategic thinker -- Wayne Williams challenges the status quo by looking at what is possible and where things could lead rather than focusing on the now.  From 1994 – mid-2017, Wayne was President and CEO of Telect, Inc., a leader in the design and innovation of network equipment solutions that sells worldwide and manufactures in Liberty Lake and Guadalajara, Mexico.  He led Telect through sky-rocketing growth, the dot-com bust, the telecom crash, and the wake of 9/11.  After selling the family-owned company, Wayne served as General Manager of Amphenol Telect for about a year while preparing his son, Spencer, to become General Manager.  He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program as well as a fellow for the Townsend Leadership Institute at Concordia University Irvine in California.  Wayne is also a long-time member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and YPO Gold Pacific Northwest Chapter.  He serves on Washington Policy Center’s Board of Directors and is a former Trustee for Whitworth University and a Past Chair of Greater Spokane Incorporated.  Through the Williams family’s foundation, Grabbing Gears, LLC, Wayne and his wife, Terina, assist in the mentoring and financial fueling of Spokane area start-ups.  He serves as an Elder at his home church, Real Life Ministries in Spokane Valley, where he and Terina actively lead and participate in family and marriage ministries.

Jan stuart

Throughout her career in financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and private consulting, Jan Stuart has been devoted to helping leaders improve their results and relationships.  Her internal and external clients have included executives and other leaders in operations management, finance, information systems, sales management, non-profit services, and churches.  Before relocating to Spokane, Jan served as a corporate executive for talent management in a 45,000-employee, integrated health care system.  In that role, she worked with senior executives and her peers to develop and implement the corporate strategy for talent management for the top 120 executives and their potential successors.  She also led and served on teams in two large corporations that designed custom, highly popular, one-week leadership development programs attended by senior executives through managers.  In her consulting practice, Jan leverages Personalysis assessments and her experience with GE’s change acceleration process and Workout to help leadership teams quickly boost engagement and performance or refocus strategy.  Jan chaired the Board of Directors of Life Services of Spokane and has served on mission trips to Europe, including teaching at a women’s retreat in France.  She holds a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Puget Sound.  Home church: Real Life Spokane

CHET ROSHETKO

Chet Rochetko’s purpose is “Serving our King, one day at a time.”  A retired United States Air Force Colonel, Chet has over 30 years of international clinical and administrative healthcare experience.  He had four military command assignments, serving in various CEO, COO, and Chief Nurse roles including Medical Group Commander at Fairchild Air Force Base.  Notably, Chet took on the challenge of rescue and rebuild operations in Biloxi, Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina.   He is currently helping craft operations for Inland Northwest Behavioral Health, Spokane’s new 100-bed mental health hospital.  Chet is an adjunct faculty member at Whitworth University, where he teaches courses on non-profit leadership and regularly receives superior student ratings.  He serves on the American Red Cross Greater Inland Northwest Board of Directors and numerous Greater Spokane Incorporated committees.  Chet also teaches AWANA and Sunday School, participates in Ferris High School’s annual “Ham on Regal” productions, and actively supports local Young Life activities.  He has an undergraduate nursing degree from Bowling Green State University, a Masters in Human Resource Management from Troy State University, and a Masters in Strategic Studies from Air University.  Chet is a published author and a Hall of Fame member from John Marshall High School in Cleveland, Ohio.  Home church: South Hill Bible

 

Jeff Suderman

Jeff Suderman is a Christ-follower, consultant, professor and futurist who is passionate about improving individual and organizational performance, helping to enable the good works to which Christ has called and equipped his clients.  Jeff is the owner & CEO of Suderman Solutions, a management consulting firm that partners with clients in the non-profit, education and business sectors to improve organizational culture, leadership, teamwork, alignment, strategy and future-readiness.  With over 20 years of experience in higher education administration, he has expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, coaching, leadership & team development, strategic planning, strategic foresight, research, leading seminars, public speaking and teaching.  Jeff earned his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University (VA) and his M.A. in Leadership at Trinity Western University (Canada).  He teaches Master’s and Doctoral courses on leadership, strategy, ethics and organizational development for Christian universities in the USA and Europe.  Home church: Southwest Church, Indian Wells, CA

BONNIE QUINN CLAUSEN

Bonnie Quinn Clausen is the second generation owner of QUINN, an Advertising Agency in Spokane and the oldest Advertising Agency in the Inland Northwest.  As Account Supervisor, Bonnie has spearheaded many extraordinary success stories. These campaigns range from restaurant chains to auto dealership chains in Spokane, Seattle, Portland, Boise, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas, Denver, Indianapolis, Kalispell, Missoula and Great Falls.  Bonnie knows that a powerful brand presence is essential to the success and longevity of her clients as well as QUINN’s success. She is passionate about creating campaigns that are both strategic and creative with a powerful media execution plan to achieve results.  Bonnie graduated from the University of Washington with a BA Marketing & Communications and has served on many boards & committees including the board for Spokane Advertising Federation, Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, and as President of the Garland Business District.  Currently she serves on the Spokane Valley Chamber Board.  In 2013 through 2018, QUINN has been named Best Advertising Agency, by Spokane CDA Magazine.  In 2013 and 2016, 2017, 2018, Bonnie was named a top local Businesswomen by Spokane CDA Magazine.  Additionally in 2017, Bonnie was the recipient of the Women in Business Leadership Award by Spokane CDA Magazine.  As a Christian, Bonnie hopes her role in the community encourages others, particularly women, to step up into Christ-centered leadership.  Home church: Living Hope

BRAD WILLIAMS

Nothing thrills Brad more than seeing individuals and organizations flourish. As a pastor, speaker, leader, and coach, he has spent the past two-decades working with a broad array of businesses, non-profits, and individuals; helping them reach and achieve their maximum potential. He currently serves as lead pastor at Summit Spokane, a growing church with two locations. He engages in consulting and mentoring individuals, serves as the director of Foursquare Multiply West Coast, and is the Global City Coordinator for Foursquare’s efforts in New York City.  He has also planted two churches and served on the staff of several others. He and his wife Cheri have been married for over 20 years, have two daughters in college and one in high school and they are blessed to call the Pacific Northwest ‘home’.  Home church: Summit Spokane

DANNY SCHULZ

Danny and his wife Jamie served as youth/worship pastors in the Boise area prior to moving to Spokane where they launched Sun City Church in 2015.  The church has seen rapid growth and now totals more than 600 in average attendance.  Danny and Jamie have three children and are passionate about pastoring a growing congregation that is making a difference in the community.  Danny also serves as a coach and mentor for church planters across the country through ARC (The Association of Related Churches).  Danny loves his life as a husband, father, pastor, speaker and leader. He studied theology and ministry through Portland Bible College and enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and talking about leadership.  Home church: Sun City Church

LATISHA HILL

Latisha Hill is Senior Vice President for Avista Development, a subsidiary of Spokane, Wash.-based Avista Corporation. In this role, she focuses on community economic development through optimizing strategic investments that leverage the strengths of local and regional partnerships. Latisha joined Avista in 2005 as a special projects coordinator. She has held positions as regional research and project manager, and regional business manager. Before assumed her current position in 2016 Latisha served as manager of consulting and analytics in Avista’s human resources department. Prior to joining Avista, she was the neighborhood network service lead for Kiemle & Hagood and worked in business development at AHANA.  Latisha holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Eastern Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in communications-public relations from Washington State University. Katherine Morgan

Katherine Morgan currently serves as the Spokane-Boise market manager for the Bank of American Local Markets Organization.  In this role, she is responsible for community partnerships, sponsorships and philanthropy, as well as the development and execution of the marketing plan, designed to drive responsible growth, employee engagement and corporate reputation.  Prior to assuming this role, Katherine was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce from 2014 to early 2018.  Under her leadership, the Chamber’s membership grew from roughly 400 to over 750 as she engaged Chamber members in a collaborative community-wide strategic plan, known as “The BIG 5 for the Greater Spokane Valley.” In earlier roles, Katherine served as marketing director for various building industry organizations, including the Home Builders Associations of Spokane and Greater Kansas City and Greenstone Corporation, developer of Kendall Yards. She coordinated the Inland Northwest’s largest new construction home tour and the annual Premier Home Improvement Show, earning numerous awards.  Katherine received her bachelor’s and master’s in Business Administration from Gonzaga University, where she serves as Adjunct Faculty.  Among her many honors, in 2016 she was noted by Catalyst Magazine as “Top 20 Under 40”.  Katherine was raised in the Northwest by her loving parents with her brother, Don and sister, Frances.  In her spare time, she enjoys the arts, traveling, and participating in Ironman and local triathlons.  Home church: St. Dominic’s Chapel, Post Falls
